Antoinette Hamilton’s passion for financial excellence and dedication to uplifting businesses led to the creation of PROHAMCO. She is a seasoned financial executive with 15+ years of experience, holding an MBA in Banking and Finance from Mona School of Business and Management, UWI Mona. As a Chartered Accountant since 2015 and a Registered Public Accountant (RPA), she excels in finance, audit, strategy, and business operations. In 2019, she founded Prohamco Business Consulting Limited, helping MSMEs access $300m+ in loans, $100m+ in private equity, and $330m+ in public equity within just over three years. Antoinette’s collaborative approach tailors solutions for growth and improved financial performance.
PROHAMCO offers services like financial statement audits, internal controls audits, accounting, tax consulting, business process mapping, business plans, and training. Dedicated to giving back, Antoinette is the President of the MSME Alliance and volunteered as an advisor to JBDC. She was also a member of the JMMB PowHerful Woman in Business Program as well as the JMMB Accelerator Program. She now volunteers for the JMMB program as facilitator for the training- "Understanding Financial Statements". She passionately advocates for financial literacy, planning a program for her community in North East St. Catherine. Antoinette, a mother and devoted Christian, lives by Mahatma Gandhi’s words: “Service rendered without joy helps neither the served nor the servant.”
She envisioned a consultancy that transcends conventional norms, providing holistic solutions to propel MSMEs into sustainable growth.
